Randal USA Inc, (“Randal”) maintains this site (the “Site”) for general information and communication purposes only. All the information on this Site is published in good faith. Please be informed that your access, browse and use of the Site is subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) and all applicable laws.
Randal reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. As such, you should check these Terms and Conditions periodically. Changes will not apply to any orders we have already accepted unless the law requires otherwise. If you access the Site after we have posted changes to these Terms and Conditions, such access shall constitute your acceptance of those changes, whether or not you actually reviewed them. At the bottom of this page, we will notify you of the date these Terms and Conditions were last updated.

You may freely browse the Site, but your accessing, downloading and/or using of any information from this Site, including, but not limited to, any text, images, audio, and video is limited to your own personal use.
Nothing in this Site shall be deemed to constitute, by implication or otherwise, the grant of any license or right to use any of Randal’s intellectual property rights, and/or any information or materials herein contained. Therefore, you are not allowed to, without written permission of Randal, distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, repost, or use the information contained herein for any commercial purpose, unless expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions or within the text of the Site.

Randal is not responsible for the content of any sites that may be linked to or from the Site or any bulletin board associated with us or the Site. These links are provided for your convenience only and you access them at your own risk. Unless otherwise noted, any other website accessed from the Site is independent from us, and we have no control over the content of that other website. In addition, a link to any other website does not imply that we endorse or accept any responsibility for the content or use of such other website.
In no event shall any reference to any third party or third party product or service be construed as our approval or endorsement of that third party or of any product or service provided by a third party.
Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
The Site is provided on an “AS IS,” “as available” basis. Randal does not warrant that your use of the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Randal does not warrant the accuracy, integrity, or completeness of the Content provided on the Site, or the products or services offered for sale on the Site. Randal specifically disclaims warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title, implied warranties of merchantability or warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. No oral advice or written information given by us shall create a warranty. You expressly agree that your access to, viewing of, browsing, visiting or use of the Site is at your sole risk.
Under no circumstances shall Randal be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of or inability to use the Site, including but not limited to reliance by a user on any information obtained at the Site, or that result from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files or e-mail, errors, defects, viruses, delays in operation or transmission, or any failure of performance, whether or not resulting from acts of God, communications failure, theft, destruction or unauthorized access to our records, programs or services. The foregoing limitation of liability shall apply whether in an action at law, including but not limited to contract, negligence, or other tortious action; or an action in equity, even if one of our authorized representatives have been advised of or should have knowledge of the possibility of such damages. You hereby acknowledge that this paragraph shall apply to all Content, merchandise and services available throughout the Site.
Termination of Usage
We may terminate your access or suspend your right to access to all or part of the Site, without notice, for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe is in violation of any applicable law, is in breach of these Terms and Conditions or is harmful to the interests of other users or us. In addition, we reserve the right to refuse an order from any customer in our sole discretion.
Usage by Minors
This Site is not intended for or directed to persons who are minors. Because we cannot prohibit minors from accessing the Site, we must rely on parents, guardians and those responsible for supervising minors to decide which materials are appropriate for minors to view and/or purchase. By registering with this Site, purchasing products from us or providing us with any information, you represent to us that you are legally permitted to enter into a binding contract (18 years of age or older in most jurisdictions) or, if you are under the legal age of consent, you have the express permission from your parent or guardian and that any information you provide to us is not inaccurate, deceptive or misleading.
How to Order Through the Site
After placing an order, you will receive an email from Randal acknowledging that we have received your order (“Order Confirmation”). Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an email confirming the shipment of your order (the “Shipping Confirmation”). A contract with us will only be formed when we send you the Shipping Confirmation. Randal reserves the right to cancel your order at any time before accepting it and may rescind its acceptance and cancel your order where there has been an obvious error in price or where the product is no longer in its inventory.

Prices, Availability and Errors
Products on the Site are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected when discovered. Our Site contains a large number of products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products listed on our Site may be incorrectly priced, the quantity or availability of a product may have changed just prior to you placing your order or other errors may be displayed on the product page. We will normally verify prices, availability and confirm there are no errors on the product page as part of our dispatch procedures.
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions on a product page. We reserve the right to rescind our acceptance and cancel your order without penalty in the event there is an obvious and unmistakable error on the product page, in our reasonable discretion. If you have already received your order, we will do our best to resolve your concern.
Limited Warranty
Randal is confident in the quality of its products and many items are covered by warranties. Randal’s warranties start on the day of purchase of the product. When making a claim you will need the original receipt as proof of purchase.
The extent of the limited warranty given for each product is described alongside each product. Each limited warranty lasts for the number of years stated against each product, starting from the date of purchase.
The limited warranties do not apply to products that have been stored or assembled incorrectly, used inappropriately, abused, misused, altered, or cleaned with wrong cleaning methods or wrong cleaning products. The warranties do not cover normal wear and tear, cuts or scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents. The warranties do not apply if products have been placed outdoors or in a humid environment or if the products have been used for non-domestic purposes (unless otherwise stated). The warranty does not cover consequential or incidental damages. For customers in the US only: some states do not allow the limitation or exclusion of incidental or consequential damage, so this limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. The warranties are to the benefit of the original purchaser of the product. They are not transferable. For details see the limited warranty conditions and description for each product.
To be able to claim this limited warranty you need to follow the specific care instructions for every product. You will find all care instructions with the product you receive from Randal.
Applicable Law
You agree that the laws of the State of Kansas, USA, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms and Conditions and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Randal.
Disputes
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to the Site, to these Terms and Conditions, to our Privacy and Security Policy, Shipping and Returns, to our advertising or solicitation practices or to products you purchase through the Site shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Kansas, USA, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate our intellectual property rights, we may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the State of Kansas, USA and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator’s award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to these Terms and Conditions, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
Shipping, Delivery and Returns
Shipping
Most orders ship within 5 business days following Shipping Confirmation.
Note that any changes made to an order after it is placed may delay shipment. You have 24 hours to complete any changes or cancel the order after the order has been placed, at no cost. If you cancel an order after the 24 hours but the order has not been shipped yet, we will charge you a 20% restocking fee. If the order has been shipped, you will be responsible for any return shipping cost (Please see below to check our Return Policy).
Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. We will ship your order via any of the major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service. At this time we are unable to provide the option to choose your carrier of choice.
You will receive Shipping Confirmation and other information regarding delivery form the carrier once the product has shipped.
Randal will try its best to package the products well for shipment and for you to receive them without incident. However, Randal cannot anticipate incidents during transport. You have to inspect the shipment upon its arrival.
The carrier will contact you to schedule the delivery. An adult must be present during delivery to sign for the package. The carrier will lower the package to the ground and place it curbside at the end of your driveway. Placement of the ordered item on your driveway, sidewalk or in home and package removal is NOT provided by Randal or the carrier. Note that this is a large, heavy item, so arrange for help accordingly. Please do not discard the item’s packaging. You will need it in the event of return/exchange.
Delivery
Please inspect the shipment immediately when it arrives at your location. We require photographs in the rare event that a freight claim needs to be filed. Make a notation of any damage and/or shortages on the delivery receipt with a representative from the carrier present before accepting the order, but do not refuse the order. If the order is refused you will be responsible for any applicable freight charges to and from the destination.
The freight carrier has acknowledged the receipt of the shipment from our facilities in good condition. By your acceptance of the shipment from the carrier on the delivery receipt, you acknowledge that the product has been delivered in good condition. We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage if you give the carrier a clean and clear receipt.
Any concealed damage claims (by damage found after opening Randal’s packages) must be noted immediately upon unpacking. Once the cabinets are assembled in any way Randal cannot replace your order. You must make a concealed damage claim within seventy-two (72) hours of product delivery. Claims must be made by email to us by at support@randalco.com, by sending information regarding the pieces damaged and pictures showing the damage. If the claim is approved, we will replace the damaged piece.
If there is a mistake with your order, please email us at support@randalco.com, with your order number, buyer’s name, shipping address and a brief description of the mistake. We will respond with a confirmation email and we will proceed to remedy the error as soon as possible.

Returns and Refunds
Returns
If you are unsatisfied with any of Randal’s products in any way, just contact Randal at [support@randalco.com] within 30 days from date of purchase and we will give you a refund or replacement.
To be eligible for return, all items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging and in the same condition that you received it. Opened or assembled products are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. Randal will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment, which you should receive in approximately two weeks.
You are responsible for all return shipping fees. If a product is being sent back for any reason other than defect or mistake on our part, we will apply a 20% restocking fee to your order, and deduct any shipping fees.
